- Wire labeling, terminal block marking, and device identification per your labeling schedule
- Hipot testing per UL 508A Section 60
- Ground continuity testing
- 48-point final QC inspection
- UL 508A nameplate per Section 55
- Complete document package (test records, inspection checklist, as-built verification)

What You Provide
- Electrical schematics (power, control, I/O, communication)
- Panel layout drawing with component placement
- Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers and quantities
- Wiring diagrams or point-to-point wiring list
- Labeling schedule (wire markers, terminal block labels, device labels)
- Any special instructions (torque specs, wire color codes, customer-specific workmanship standards)
Quality Assurance
Every Build to Print panel receives the same quality process:
- Drawing review — constructability check within 24 hours, questions consolidated into a single RFI
- Receiving inspection — every component verified against BOM; UL file number verified
- In-process checks — torque verification on all terminals, spacing verification per UL 508A
- 48-point final QC inspection — mechanical, electrical, wiring, labeling, and functional verification
- Hipot testing — dielectric voltage withstand test per UL 508A Section 60
- Point-to-point verification — every wire checked against the schematic
- Photo documentation — interior and exterior photos before shipping
